Your Main Duties
- Respond to reservation requests via phone/email
- Provide information about the hotel and services offered
- Check room availability and applicable rates
- Process reservations and send confirmations to customers
- Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests for reservations
- Accommodate special requests and report them appropriately in the system, facilitating communication between departments
- Manage Group Block Space – Leisure Groups / Ad Hoc Corporate Groups / and Allocations
- Ensure full and accurate communication with all relevant departments
- Respond to all incoming inquiries for groups, and to get accurate and detailed quotations on timely basis from Revenue Manager
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Attention to details
- Previous experience in a Cluster Reservation Office with individuals and groups reservation
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential
- Knowledge of another language (French or German) would be a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Highly motivated and a team player
