Your Main Duties
- Managing meetings, conferences, and larger events from the initial inquiry through to successful execution
- Conducting client meetings and hotel/site inspections
- Proforma invoice handling
- Final invoicing of the events
- Preparation of function sheets
- Conducting pre- and post-event meetings and Follow-ups
- Close cooperation with the F&B departments, Sales, Marketing, and Hotel Operations
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Successfully completed an apprenticeship as hotel specialist or completed studies in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Events
- Open-minded and communicative personality
- Teamplayer
- Fluent in French and English
