Your Main Duties
- Planning, organizing, and implementing training and development measures for our employees
- Further developing our internal communication and learning platforms (e.g., Beekeeper, LEAPP, e-learning modules)
- Creating appealing digital learning content (e.g., short videos, presentations, e-learning courses)
- Participation in employee surveys and employee retention projects
- Support in recruiting and onboarding processes as well as HR projects in the area of employer branding
- Continuous optimization of our HR processes and collaboration with colleagues in Europe
- Organization of HR events such as workshops, training courses, or team events
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Completed training or studies in human resources, psychology, education, business administration, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in HR (e.g., personnel development, recruiting, training, HR administration) is an advantage
- Creative thinking and enjoyment of preparing learning content in a modern and digital way
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
- Confident use of common HR/project tools (e.g., MS Office, Monday, Slack)
- Ideally, you live in Berlin or are willing to work regularly at the head office
- Fluency in German is a plus, but not essential.
