Your Main Duties
- End-to-end management of recruitment processes, including active candidate sourcing
- Coordination of the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employment changes)
- Handling HR and payroll administration in cooperation with the payroll department, including preparing payroll data
- Preparing and managing employee documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, personnel files)
- Preparing HR reports and summaries
- Managing employee benefits and cooperating with external vendors
- Monitoring changes in labor law and implementing relevant updates within the organization
- Advising and providing ongoing support to managers and employees in HR matters (labor law, development, employee relations)
- Supporting and developing organizational culture and employee engagement
- Organizing and coordinating training sessions, development programs, and employer branding initiatives
- Creating, optimizing, and implementing HR policies and procedures
Your profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Work experience in a similar position within a Human Resources or People & Culture Team
- You are collaboration-oriented, while also being independent and professional in your work, with a clear focus on proposing solutions
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- You are self-reliant, responsible, and highly organized in your work
- You have English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (communicative level)
- You are proficient in using MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You can effectively plan your work time and set priorities
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an additional advantage
