As part of an exciting transformation, the property is currently being reimagined and will join our vibrant lifestyle brand as NYX Hotel Évian-les-Bains by Leonardo Hotels. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark rebranding project, shaping a distinctive destination where contemporary design, creativity, and local culture come together.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, visionary and creative General Manager to lead our hotel through an exciting transformation journey. While the property is currently operating under Hotel Évian-les-Bains by Leonardo Hotels, it will soon be reimagined as a vibrant NYX Hotel. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the hotel, drive its repositioning and establish it as the region's ultimate place to be for guests, locals, events, food, and culture.

Your Main Duties
- Lead the hotel through its transition and repositioning into a NYX Hotel
- Develop and execute innovative Food & Beverage, entertainment, and event concepts
- Position the hotel as a social hub and destination within the region through creative partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, artists, event organizers, media partners, and community influencers
- Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture that reflects the NYX spirit
- Ensure operational excellence across all departments and deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or in a comparable senior hospitality leadership role
- Strong Food & Beverage background
- Creative, hands-on, and passionate about challenges
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action
- Fluent in French and English
