Your Main Duties
- Support and maintenance of the IT hotel infrastructure (PCs, laptops, printers, networks, servers)
- Installation, configuration, and administration of hardware, software, and network technology
- First and second level support for our employees on-site and remotely in the client environment & hotel-specific software
- Qualification and processing of incoming incident tickets and service requests
- Support with software deployment via our Unified Endpoint Management tool and Mobile Device Management
- Management of user accounts and permissions (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues
- Support in IT-related projects, rollouts, and hotel openings
- Documentation of processes and system changes as well as creation or preparation of knowledge based articles
- Ongoing review and implementation of IT standards as defined by Leonardo IT
- Communication to 3rd Party IT Suppliers (Providers, Wifi, Media technique, TV-Systems, etc.) in Terms of Support
- Area of operation in the following destinations: Lazise (Lake Garda), Verona, Venice, Milan, Rome
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF – be authentic and yourself
- Completed training as IT technician or any comparable qualification
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure in hospitality would be an advantage but not a requirement
- First work experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- High degree of reliability, conscientiousness and commitment
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian
