We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist who will join the HR team to support mainly in administrative, recruiting and training activities for our 9 hotels in Milano, Venice Mestre, Rome, Garda Lake & Verona.

Your Main Duties
- Managing activities related to employment relationship: hiring, contracts, resignations, sick leave, maternity, promotions, holiday plan etc.
- Managing the company HR attendances system
- Liaising with external consultant to deal payroll process
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees
- Supporting the recruiting process: job offers, CV screening, organization of meetings and video calls, feedbacks
- Organizing trainings including mandatory trainings for Health and Safety and sponsored training programs
- Supporting employer branding projects (liaising with Universities and Schools) and social responsibility projects
- Running HR reports – archive
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Bachelor in Human Sciences/ Economical/ Psychology or Juridical with a preference for a Master in Human Resources
- Passion for Human Resources field
- At least 3-5 years of experience gained in similar roles
- Previous payroll budgeting experience would be a plus
- Very good emotional intelligence
- Proactivity, team working, good organizational and communications skills, goals-oriented
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Italian
