Your Main Duties
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and maintain systems related to People & Culture, focusing on employee engagement and talent management
- Promote Organizational Culture: Lead efforts to develop and enhance the organizational culture, ensuring a positive work environment
- Providing trustworthy support and advice to Hotel Managers and Head of Departments
- Providing technical guidance and practical support in all areas of Human Resources, such as, preparatory payroll and contract management and training
- Support in the handling and co-design of the entire employee life cycle from recruiting, onboarding and further development measures
- Budgeting, forecasting and monthly analysis of payroll
- Monitoring digital duty scheduling
- Creation of statistics and overviews of various personnel key figures
- Co-coordinating and planning all regional HR activities, such as participation in job fairs and other HR marketing measures, Team events, etc
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- University education in the field of Human Resources Management / Business Administration with a focus on HR / Industrial-Organizational Psychology / Employee Relations
- Work experience in a similar position
- Team-oriented, independent and professional way of working with a high level of service and solution orientation
- Strategic personality
- Professional language knowledge of Polish and good in English (written and verbal)
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience in hotel industry is an advantage
