Your Main Duties
-
As a Content Creator (d/f/m) you will be asked to travel regularly to our hotels across Europe to shoot original, on-location content
-
Create engaging, aesthetic, and fun TikTok videos and short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Stay up to date with social trends and adapt them to our brand identity

Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, local hotel teams, Cluster Marketing Managers, and external partners

Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and influencer activations
Your Profile
- BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
-
1–2 years of hands-on content creation experience as a content creator – with a strong TikTok portfolio

Strong filming, editing, and storytelling skills using mobile and/or professional tools
-
Deep understanding of what makes content go viral

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat

Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Based in Berlin - and excited to travel frequently

Bonus points for:
Experience in the hospitality, travel, and/or lifestyle sectorsStrong on-camera presence or the ability to direct others confidently
Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, and other mobile editing tools
