Opened in 2017 in the Warsaw center, Leonardo Royal is a hotel with potential, with 178 rooms, its own restaurant and bar, and conference rooms.

Twoje zadania

Coordinating ongoing business operations to achieve the best possible result

Preparation of the annual budget and forecast in cooperation with the department heads and in consultation with the Cluster General Manager

Analysis of P&L results

Increase in sales and appropriate cost management

Cooperation with the cluster departments Sales, Revenue Management, Reservation and Accounting

Evaluation of guest feedback and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction

Supervision of all operational departments

Control, implementation and compliance with the Leonardo guidelines
Twój profil

Professional experience in the hotel industry with at least 5 years of work experience

Fluent Polish and English
